Refund policy

The Customer has the right to notify the Company that they wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt.
The Customer must then return the item to the company within the next 14 days.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the Company receiving the goods and standard postage costs will also be refunded.
Refund requests must be submitted via the contact page on the Company Website: https://scentbylove.co.uk/. On receipt of the request, the Company will share the return address details.
